• 100% molasses distilled on a Forsyths copper pot still
• Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2020; aged a total of 10 years
• Aged 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and 2 years in ex-Madeira casks
• Bold nose with notes of vanilla and almond; palate opens with a natural sweetness that give way to a long ginger note. Finishes with a crescendo of tropical fruit, lingering spice and oak.
