Distributor's Notes:
"Torre Zambra Winery is sited on the gentle hills of Abruzzo in the medieval village of Villamagna, one of the most suitable areas for grapevine cultivation. Here the art of winemaking has a very long tradition dating back to Roman times and it inspired Laurentino De Cerchio to create his own winery in 1961. The link with the rural culture and the pursuit of excellence led Laurentino De Cerchio first and then his son Riccardo, to devote themselves to the cultivation of the native grapes of Abruzzo and of the major international grape varieties. The particular characteristics of the area, where sea and mountains meet, enriched and enhanced them creating powerful wines with superior organoleptic properties. A unique landscape heritage, whose fine wine production is one of its highest quality expressions."
