"The Language of Yes Les Fruits Rouge Central Coast Pink Wine is a medium salmon-colored rose in which both Grenache and Cinsault show their varietal typicity and inspire the moniker, 'Les Fruits Rouges.' The 2% addition of Tibouren may seem like a homeopathic addition but adds additional complexity and elegance to the blend. On the nose, one instantly finds the tell-tale strawberry rhubarb/white peppery notes of Grenache with suggestions of apricot, lavender and tarragon. On top sits the elegant essence of Cherry, almost certainly emanating from the Cinsault. Graham recommends resisting the urge to serve this wine cold, 'as one might miss a bit of the aromatic pyrotechnics.'"
