"In the glass it has a bright straw yellow color. It has a particularly complex and refined bouquet. At the first sip, it immediately stands out for its body and gustatory persistence, an exceptional white in combination with fish-based dishes, white meats and appetizers. Also excellent as an aperitif. Due to its strong personality it does not harmonize with sweet foods."
