Twice distilled from local floor-malted barley, it ages in 70% ex-bourbon and 30% ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at a bold 53% ABV, it delivers a Speyside-style profile of rich molasses, vanilla toffee, and ginger spice. Only 1,200 bottles exist.
