"Co-founders Andrew and Owen met as commercial divers who shared a dream to create a one-of-a-kind distillery with unique, handcrafted recipes. Leaving their full-time underwater careers, they studied their new found craft at a distillers course in Seattle and setup shop in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley in 2015. Since then they have been perfecting their techniques, expanding the business and exploring new recipes.
