ONO comes to us from Yoshi No Gawa — established in 1548, it is the oldest brewery in the Niigata prefecture and the eighth oldest in Japan. This crisp, clean, elegant Junmai Daiginjo pairs remarkably well with not only sushi and Japanese cuisine; enjoy with steak, grilled fish, charcuterie and mild cheeses. With fresh honeydew notes that shine, followed by notes of lemon peel, white flowers and green apple. Pleasantly dry and silky with an umami backbone.
