"Hand-picked grapes, from small vineyard plots with low yields, are fermented separately in small vats. The juice is transferred into French oak barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation and 10 months of aging. The wine is a perfect balance between maturity and freshness. On the palate it is initially juicy, with layers of black licorice, cherry, and plum jam, followed by toast, oak and cedar. Supple texture with a lingering and pleasant finish."
