"RVS American Single Malt Whiskey is 100% NYS floor-malted barley, mashed in a Lauter-Tun (i.e. never distilled on the grain or yeast) small-batch, double-distilled in a copper pot still. Fermentation takes place in traditional wooden washbacks made of Douglas Fir. The nose is lightly sweet, grassy and vanilla, while the taste is well balanced and creamy with spice on the finish. Normally served neat, it also makes a fine Rob Roy, Old Fashioned, and Manhattans. (Bottled at 90 Proof)"
