Producer's Notes:

"We work within nature to give value to a patrimony born of grueling work, of challenges to us as growers, of varying seasons that have gradually become intertwined with our lives. Unique and unmistakable, based on life’s simplicity. We have been growing wine grapes for over thirty years. Three grape growers united more by friendship than by our work in winemaking. For us life and vines have the same meaning because we have never doubted the importance of working in complete harmony with our surroundings. Our local landscape is graced with mountains, bathed by lakes, among medieval castles and rural scenery. These are bulwarks of a winemaking culture that is an integral part of our rural culture. Numerous small vineyards scattered on the sunny slopes of the mountains that separate Trento from the lower Sarca Valley, between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda. Unmistakeable rows of vines, tended with care in the luxuriant valleys but also above, up to the highest altitude vineyards. Each parcel of vineyard is planted with vitis vinifera according to its unique microenvironment. To complete the magical connection between the land, the plant, and the grape grower. Rows of vineyards suspended: between the blue of the lakes of the Garda basin and the clear sky above the Brenta Dolomites. An agreeable climate soothed by the Ora wind of Garda, a wind of life and wines. Tradition and innovation stand together in our vineyards. We believe that to best interpret our enological future it is best to value the knowledge of the past. For this reason we have planted many indigenous varietals, especially Nosiola and brought back to life varieties that had nearly gone extinct – such as Negrara – and have planted each varietal in the microhabitat to which it is most naturally suited. Moreover, together with the last, heroic winemakers of the mountains we were the first in Trentino to save the rare varietal of the Val di Non, Gropello di Revo, which is a symbol of the ancient grape varietals of our region that have yet to be fully rediscovered. We do all this with maximum respect for biodiversity without over-cropping. We do it for the joy of growing grapes – grapes cultivated expressly for our wines."
