"Color pale golden, limpid and bright. The nose is delicate and subtle. It presents floral and citrus notes, as well as light dairy and grilled bread notes. The palate is round and creamy, gentle. The citrus notes are once again present from the middle on and brings tension and length. It is light, balanced, fresh with a plain finish. To be ideally enjoyed in aperitifs or cocktail. Along a meal, combined to light seafood, white meats or fresh pasta."
