This certified organic skin-contact rosé comes from the slopes of Mount Olympus in Greece. Made from 100% Black Muscat of Tyrnavos, it is vinified with skin contact and bottled unfiltered. It pours a hazy peach-golden hue, offering highly aromatic notes of fresh rose petals, blood orange, and lychee. Bone-dry and textured, it pairs excellently with roasted chicken or spicy dishes.

"Vinified in small 600lt stainless steel tanks with 14 days of skin contact, fermented in ambient temperature (22-25 Celsius). 50% of stems were reintroduced into the fermentation tank and removed upon completion. Bottled unfiltered / unfined with a few sulfites."
