Lunaria is a brand of Cantina Orsogna, for organic, biodynamic and vegan certified wines. From Abruzzo, Italy, this "Pet-Nat" follows the Ancestral Method, and is bottled without added sugar or yeast. Fermentation is paused mid-way for bottling, allowing the fermentation process to finish in the bottle with no disgorgement or dosage. Overall it has a complex & aromatic intensity (strawberry, ripe pear, apple) with balanced bubbles and a cutting crispness.
