Produced by Bojan Kobal in the steep Haloze Hills of Slovenia, this Pinot Grigio is defined by its vibrant character and unique salmon-pink hue. The color is a natural result of extended skin contact, which also provides a rich, weighted texture. The palate layers notes of red apple, ripe pear, and tropical fruit with a distinct saline minerality. Aged on fine lees for six months, it concludes with a smooth, polished finish.
