"The diversity found in our estates is the key to achieving a unique identity for our wines, which together with experience, tradition and passion, confer a distinctive personality, quality and prestige to our wines and Cavas. We control the vine during the whole year: fertilising, pruning, care and attention and ripening. We control production to limit the yield. We select the grapes and pick at the optimum point of ripeness to guarantee the balance of aromas, sugar and acidity. We are faithful to the traditional autochthonous varieties: Macabeu, Xarello and Parellada, base of our blending, but we also make wine from other varieties which complement them."
