The Isle of Harris "The Hearach" Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the historic first legal single malt release from the remote Isle of Harris Distillery, known for its balanced, lightly peated, and coastal character. It's matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-Oloroso, and ex-Fino sherry casks, contributing to a complex flavor profile. 

The palate offers a silky, creamy texture with flavors of sweet and smoky peat, toasted malt, honeyed apples, vanilla cream, and a touch of white pepper spice. The finish is warm and pleasant with the earthy peat persisting, followed by notes of sweet raisins, honey, brine, and dried citrus.
