Isle of Harris Gin is a highly-rated, artisanal Scottish gin known for its unique sugar kelp botanical that imparts a distinctive maritime character. It is produced by the Isle of Harris Distillery in the remote Outer Hebrides, with every bottle filled and sealed by hand to support the local island economy.

The gin is distilled in a small copper still named 'The Dottach' using a blend of nine carefully chosen botanicals, with the key ingredient being local sugar kelp, gathered by a local diver from the island's sea lochs. 

• Botanicals: Juniper, coriander seed, cubebs, cassia bark, angelica root, bitter orange peel, orris root powder, liquorice root, and hand-harvested sugar kelp.
• Nose: A classic hit of piney juniper with notes of bitter orange, grapefruit, rose, herbs, and a hint of briny sea air.
• Palate: Assertive juniper balanced with a sweet fruitiness of orange, grapefruit, and mango. The sugar kelp adds complexity and a dry maritime note with a rich, smooth mouthfeel.
• Finish: A long, clean finish with fading juniper and citrus, leaving sweet vanilla, black pepper, and a gentle reminder of the sea.
