The Morini family established their winery over 40 years ago and their symbol, the seven-pointed starflower, represents the seven cousins who currently run the business. Their Valpolicella (70% Corvina and Corvinone, 20% Rondinella & 10% Croatina and others) is a clear ruby red wine. Fairly intense and complex with perceptible vinous notes and hints of ripe red berries. Dry, warm, and fairly smooth on the palate, it's smartly fresh and full-bodied with tannins.
