"Grillo is all it's glory. From particularly chalky soils this varietal really shines. Mint and tropical fruits come across on the nose. The wine has structure, minerality and a lingering finish. Grillo can be anything from zesty and Sauvignon blanc-esque to oxidized and rich, this wine falls nicely falls in the middle of that spectrum."
