Sourced from estate vineyards in the Lowburn sub-region, it presents distinct aromas of dark cherry, wild plum, and dried thyme. The palate features a succulent, silky mouthfeel balanced by bright acidity, fine tannins, and a hint of clove spice. Excellent alongside duck or mushroom risotto.
