"Domaine Carrel & Senger’s Jacquère displays an ultra-light yellow with a light green tinge. Citrus-misted white orchard fruits dominate the nose mixed with a light bouquet of white flowers. The palate is clean and crisp — very spring water-esque — with light flavors of green apple, pear and lemon zest. A delicate, yet persistent acidity brings everything together as the wine glides toward a refreshing, mineral-kissed finish. Excellent with Alpine cheeses or light starters."
