"Doladira was created by Meredith Erickson, the co-founder of Montreal’s legendary restaurant Joe Beef and Author of Alpine Cooking, It is inspired by the “spring rhubarb cocktail” in her book – an elixir of fresh rhubarb and elderflower tincture which became so popular she wanted to bottle it and share it. Meredith lives in Milan, Italy from where she draws her alpine inspiration. Doladira elevates any occasion. It can be enjoyed on the rocks with a little soda, in a classic aperitivo drink like a negroni, as a fun addition to a classic cocktail, or in new inventions."
