Producer's Notes:

"Wine made from 100% Mencia grapes, from our vineyards located in the municipality of Los Barrios, Ponferrada. The vineyards are located between 500-600 meters of altitude. The climate is continental, with a pronounced maximum-minimum temperature contrast that favors the development of the aromas and color of this wine. Harvesting is done by hand. Aged for 6 months in French barrels with a selection of toasted wines."
