Pressed mid-fermentation and finished in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. Sealed with a wax top and already decorated with Gold at the Independent Winemakers Awards and Silver at the London Wine Competition. Crunchy red fruit, wild herbs, violets, and a savory Mediterranean edge make this a remarkably expressive, highly drinkable Syrah. Certified ‘Made from Organic grapes’.
