"Disgorged in October 23rd. it is currently still a neutral Riesling on the nose, juicy, grippy, with fine mineral substance on the palate. With firm, long-lasting acidity, it is still very young with a somewhat restless mousse. Quite linear, but with style, the wine still seems to be in the recovery phase after disgorging."
