Chateau Maris Rosé de Nymphe Émue is a prestigious organic and biodynamic wine from the Languedoc region produced on the foothills of the Black Mountains near Carcassonne, where the Mediterranean Sea, France, Spain and the Pyrenees mountain range come together.  Named after a 17th-century rose variety, it displays a beautiful pale pink color with soft mauve highlights. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of wild strawberries, white peaches, and rose petals. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and lively, blending ripe red berries with citrus zest and a distinct mineral finish. Perfect for picnics or seafood.
