"The Hito is an excellent wine from Ribera del Duero demonstrating the classically powerful style of Tempranillo. The wine is made in steel before spending 8 months in French oak for added texture and complexity. The nose is expressive with the varietal aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant with light floral hints and subtle oak character of toast and vanilla. It has great balance and structure with rich fine tannins to balance the vibrant fruit."
