Grape: Pinot Noir
Region: Burgundy, France
Features: Sustainable
André's Notes:
"The two most famous areas in Burgundy are the Cote de Nuits and Beaune. The Cote Chalonnaise makes wines that are as good for less dough. This guy is light, earthy, and ends with a tad of smoke."
Distributor's Notes:
"With a fine, clean red color with ruby glints, the nose opens on red fruits which are typical of Pinot Noir (blackcurrant, morello cherry and redcurrant) with hints of smoke, humus and sometimes animal touches. Rich and complex, this wine has a firm texture on soft, elegant tannins and a fine balance."
