Ballykeefe Triple Distilled Single Pot Still is a landmark "grain-to-glass" Irish whiskey produced at the family-owned Ballykeefe Distillery in County Kilkenny. As a Single Estate release, every step—from sowing and harvesting the barley to triple distillation and aging—takes place on the family farm. Following the traditional Irish Pot Still style, this whiskey uses a mash bill of 60% malted and 40% unmalted barley, resulting in a creamy, spice-forward character.
