"This offering from Balestri Valda is a striking example of the quality that can be found in the Soave Classico. Made from 100% Garganega with a straw-yellow color, this gorgeous wine emits pristine aromas dominated by a medley of white flowers and lemon peel. The mid-palate is concentrated with flavors of green apple, pear and brioche with note of white almonds that extends all the way through the long, mineral finish. It is a wonderfully fresh white wine, full of the tension and electricity that Soave Classico wines impeccably demonstrate when vines are farmed properly and the wine is well made. Enjoy with anything from the sea or simple pasta preparations with winter vegetables. The value is unbelievable; there aren’t many certified organic white wines in the world let alone Italy — that can be had for this price."
