This organic white blend comes from the distinct O Rosal sub-region of Rías Baixas, Spain. Combining Albariño, Loureira, and Caíño Blanco at 13% ABV, it undergoes six months of aging on the fine lees. It offers straightforward aromas of spiced green apples, peach, and warm aromatic herbs. Crisp and fruit-forward with a slightly rich texture, it pairs well with scallops.

"This blend of three local grapes including Albariño opens with briny core aromas surrounded by white-fruit notes. The palate hits with a piercing shot of acidity but then turns thicker and more syrupy. Flavors of passion fruit and nectarine are slightly briny and finish plump."
