Terralba Bianco / Martina / 750mL
Stefano Daffonchio's Martina is named for his daughter. It is a blend of the local varieties Cortese and Sasla. Cortese, of course, is famous for being the main ingredient in Gavi, while the more obscure Sasla is actually Chasselas, the white variety well-known in Switzerland. The wine is vinified in steel with several months lees contact and battonage.
