This Citrus shochu is very rare and one of the kind. Made with Sudachi lime, this shochu has very refreshing aroma, slightly sour and subtle bitterness within the great flavor. This shochu is 20% of alcohol proof.
Made using the juice of the Sudachi citrus, which is a Tokushima specialty popular nationwide. Sudachi Shochu retains some of this bitterness, acidity, and a sweet cirtusy aroma.
