Color:Bright new copper Aroma:Fresh bread and toffee, with a note of butterscotch Taste:Buttery caramel and honeyed notes, with a rich mouthfeel Finish:Long, gently sweet and savory
Ultimate Beverage Challenge 91 points - Warm aromas of baked honey, split wood, and baked nougat introduce this well-mannered whiskey. The palate is lush and soft and starts with flavors of toasted corn and then mellows into warm, buttered wheat bread. - 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.April/2018
Whisky Advocate 90 points - Lots of dried fruit, figs, and caramel lead off this bold but balanced bourbon, as dark berry fruits smack of sweet creme de cassis on the palate. Thereâs a good bit of spice here, like hot and spicy peanuts, that meets the sweet fruit and vanilla. Shows great length and nice polish on the finish with its dusty oak and cocoa. Larceny was hand selected by the Master Distillers to have a taste profile of a six-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Made with wheat as the secondary grain, instead of the traditional rye, Larceny is a smoother tasting Bourbon.
