The new Jewish immigrants from Ethiopia and the Israeli Arab population have their own rituals for making & serving coffee, which is a symbol of hospitality. Premium liqueur, similar in style to Tia Maria or Kahlua. Made by a percolation of neutral spirit through ground coffee beans. Silky, smooth, with a toasty coffee flavor against a backdrop of vanilla. Medium bodied and well balanced.
Most usually used to make a Black Russian cocktail. Excellent when added to chocolate desserts. Serve on its own, or on the rocks (with ice). Popular also with Cola or as part of a chilled liqueur coffee
