100% Chardonnay

VINFICATION :

Manual harvest with cooling in a cold room and hand sorting. No crushing, Global concept gravity, inverted press followed by barrel fermentation and 10 months of aging.

TASTING NOTES:

The Chardonnay achieves full expression in the high altitude and complex terroirs. Developing ripe, varied flavors of tropical fruit, white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes, the mid-palate is full-bodied and rich with good length. This wine is both supple and full-bodied, with a fine structure and generous volume.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Pairs great with grilled white meats and fish.
