Aged in casks using the traditional Solera system in the old cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo. This wine is oxidized slowly over many years to attain its creamy texture. Oloroso means aromatic. Estate bottled by Bodegas Barbadillo, producers of the finest sherries since 1821.
