KINGS COUNTY DISTILLERY is "New York City’s oldest and premier craft distillery. Founded in 2010, Kings County hand-makes whiskey out of the 115-year-old Paymaster Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, using New York grain and traditional distilling equipment to make distinctive spirits."

The SINGLE MALT WHISKEY is "made almost entirely like a single malt scotch but in Brooklyn. Twice distilled in traditional Scottish pot stills, then aged in our used bourbon barrels. Dry and sophisticated, this is an elegant whiskey with notes of honey, hay, burnt orange peal, and peat."
