Aromo Carmenere is a a fantastic example of the grape, showing hints of fresh cut green bell pepper on the nose with cherries and vanilla. On the palate there are ripe, velvet tannins as well as dark cherry fruit and a nice grassy character that would pair well with Mexican cuisine!
